These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the www.fantasticoom.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and this Website operator (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. www.fantasticoom.com products are available for sale through our e-shop according to our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Services and products

www.fantasticoom.com makes every effort to ensure the quality, completeness and validity of the information provided on this website, with the exception of any technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or subject to interruptions of the website for reasons beyond our control. We bear no responsibility whatsoever indicatively for reasons of force majeure, technical problems, non internet coverage or disconnection of the internet.

E-shop and personal data

While using our e-shop, users will have to fill in some personal data so that they can complete the purchase of our services and products. We may ask your full name, your email, your address, your phone number etc. paying with credit card means you will have to fill your credit card number and CVV number. By entering your email you accept receiving all necessary emails to complete your order.

During our collaboration we will ask you of photos of your interiors. By sending them you accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy. Photos of your interiors will only be used for finishing your project. We strongly recommend you remove every photograph or any object that can identify a minor or any other adult before taking a photo or sending us a photo.

Placing an order

How the contract is formed between you and us:

Users can navigate through our website and find the service or product they are interested in and add it to the cart. Otherwise they can use the search button and specifically search the product or service that interests them. Our website will guide the user through automated instructions to place the order.
After placing an order you will receive an email from acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms it. The contract between us is formed when you receive the confirmation email.
In the case we note a problem with your order we have the right to contact you by phone or email to resolve it.

Services provided by fantasticoom.com are as described below:

1. “Kid’s bedroom interior design”

How it works

Upon placing your order you will receive a questionnaire in which you will fill in your data and answer a few questions regarding your project
You will then receive instructions of how to measure your room and the necessary details you have to send me in order to fully comprehend your project. in the case you are not able to do the room plan on paper you can send me the photos and I will do it for you. I will then send it back with explaining all the details you need to fill in.
I will start working on your project after I have received all the information needed and described in my emails. It is essential that I receive all material in order to work consistently and deliver a quality result that will satisfy us both.
During phase 1 I will be presenting you with my first ideas based upon your information. This aims to communicate my design concepts and ideas. Usually, a mood-board and a floor plan draft are included. It is very important that you express your opinion and point out what you do or don’t like so that I can make the necessary adjustments.
During phase 2 I will deliver more detailed plans according to the changes we made above and once again you can make changes you want.
Upon finally delivery of the project you will receive a detailed floor plan, detailed elevations and two 3d plans/renders (the number of plans to be delivered is absolutely my decision and it depends on the quality presentation of the project), a shopping and supplier list with all the products used in the project and instructions for the proper complementation. Please note, that all of the products are suggestions and I am not responsible if they are not available online or offline, prices are different. No changes can be made.

I will continue to offer my technical support for 60 days after the date of the delivery of the project.

2. “Custom furniture design service”

How it works

Upon placing your order you will receive a questionnaire in which you will fill in your data and answer a few questions regarding your project

The services do not include:

Site supervision or my presence on site. You will receive the necessary instructions.
I cannot order, buy or construct anything included in your project. You will receive a supplier and product list.
Indefinite changes. The time for every project is predefined and it is not possible to make indefinite changes.
Physical delivery of products
I cannot issue any type of construction or building permits.

Service cost and time

The cost of the services concerns my availability for a predefined period of time. Specifically:

Time needed to complete custom furniture design is fifteen (15) working days.
Time needed to complete kid’s bedroom design is twenty five (25) working days.

Services are prioritized according to purchase date, so it is important you respond the soonest possible to my emails.

In addition to the predefined time mentioned above I will be offering my help to you for a consequent month (30 days) counting from the final delivery date in case you need my help for “Custom furniture design” and two consequent months (60 days) from the final delivery date for “Kid’s bedroom design”

Important notice: The time needed for project completion may vary according to your responding time.

How to place an order

You can navigate through our website or use the search engine until you find the products you are interested in. After you have added all items in your cart you press the buy button. You will then be asked to choose the payment method in our e-shop’s safe environment. When the transaction is complete you will receive an e-mail confirming the order.

Returns and refunds

The customer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and the refund of the money paid for a service or product without reason within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date and in any case before sending me all the material required for the project (plans, questionnaire, photos). To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform me in writing within the specified period of time of your intention to exercise your right.

If you have sent me all the needed material (plans, questionnaire, photos) during the time of the withdrawal and consequently I have started working on your project, you are obliged to pay me in relation to the full amount of the service, a corresponding amount to the time I have worked on your project. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the date I have received your request with the same payment method used by you. It is not possible to refund any taxes and/ or duties for purchases outside the European Union.

For digital products that download immediately after the purchase or they are immediately accessible after the purchase there can be no refunds.

We have the right to refund the money and choose not to accept a project request in the case we find that the material provided does not allow us to complete the project legally or correctly in terms of quality.

Applicable law

The present Terms and Conditions are subject to and interpreted in accordance to Greek law.

Should any of these conditions conflict with applicable law, it shall automatically cease to apply without prejudice to the validity of the other terms. The courts of the city of Athens, Greece are competent courts for resolving any dispute arising from the use of this website regarding these Terms and Conditions.

For out-of-court settlement of the dispute you can contact the competent authorities such as the Ministry of Commerce https://www.mindev.gov.gr or Consumer’s Ombudsman www.sinigoroskatanaloti.gr.
